À propos de ce groupe

Are you someone looking for a new hobby? An experienced Eurogamer looking for a regular play group? Did you just wander in because it's cold? Fear not, we have what you need!

We're a group of friendly nerds with one main thing in common: our love for games. I, personally, strongly prefer complex, meaty strategy games, but plenty of our group members like light party games like Codenames. Basically, we've got it all, and whatever you want to play, we can set you straight.

So come and join us, and please don't worry if you don't know how to play anything, I can't even remember the last time I played a game without someone needing to be taught.

Thursday Evening Board Gaming at the Railyard Tavern

The Railyard Tavern

Hi everyone! This is our weekly Thursday event at The Railyard Tavern in Fair Lawn. For new people: Feel free to come even if you're worried you don't know any games, we're used to teaching people. I usually teach at least one new person per game I play! We've also got all kinds, from heavy strategy games to light party games. For experienced gamers: I post a list of what I plan to bring to each event, but let me know if you'd like me to bring anything else in my collection (see below). Also don't hesitate to let us know in the comments if there's something you'd like to play. Here's my library: https://boardgamegeek.com/collection/user/Regalecus If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! PLEASE RSVP! It's really helpful for me to know how many people are coming. We usually get about ten or more people, but not everyone RSVPs. P.S. The Railyard Tavern closes at 11, but usually a bunch of us move to the Dutch House Tavern a block away. They close at 3.

Sunday Board Gaming at N&N Adventuring Company

600 Kinderkamack Rd

Hi everyone! This is our repeating Sunday event at N&N Adventuring Company, a private board gaming and RPG club. To find the venue, please check the "how to find us" section on the right bar. The club doesn't serve food, but you're welcome to order in or bring your own stuff from wherever you want. There are plenty of places you can order from in the neighborhood. Personally, I think this is MUCH better than holding an event at a restaurant where you're compelled to order. N&N Adventuring Company also sells bottled soda and whatnot. For new people: Feel free to come even if you're worried you don't know any games, we're used to teaching people. I teach an average of two new people per game I play! We've also got all kinds, from heavy strategy games to light party games. For experienced gamers: I post a list of what I plan to bring to each event, but let me know if you'd like me to bring anything else in my collection (see below).
