Événements à venir (5)

Lunchtime Fitness, PPG, Running and Running Drills

Stade Émile Anthoine, Bir Hakeim, Paris 15ème

If the curfew leaves you little time at the end of the day, why not try some lunchtime fitness - hopefully you have a shower in your home office ;-)

Work up an appetite with general fitness on the track and some running in between, nothing too tough, but enough to keep you warm.

Bike and Run (Brick) Session

Chemin des Réservoirs

As we are in a public space, group size of Max 6 is imposed, so
we will split this meeting into several groups to allow more people to attend, Aytug will manage this split based on level.

As the groups spread out and go at different speeds this will not cause any issue, but please always remember to not group in more than 6, and to respect the distance between you and 'gestes barriers'

Brick session = Laps of Longchamps on the bike, interspersed with laps of running and a bit of transition practise in the middle.

RSVP for New Season 2021 TEAM MEMBERS ONLY

We very much welcome you to come and test a session, however as demand is high and places limited more than ever - we ask you to please send us a mail to "[masked]" and let us know which session(s) time(s) you would like to test and we will find you a slot ;-)

As Aytug remains in the transition zone, it is possible to leave bags and other equipment with him.
