Core HIIT Circuits - Stade Emile Antoine
• What we'll do High Intensity Interval Training - cardio blast to burn fat and tone your core muscles. Strengthening your core (abdos, obliques, back muscles) helps avoid injury, improves posture and enables power to be transmitted throughout the body: important in all three disciplines of triathlon. Join us for a mix of kickboxing, jump, cardio and core circuits every Monday. We offer a unique way to discover the world of multi-sports, with our focus on enjoying the sport and making friends.

Many of our regular training sessions are open to all levels, and anyone is free to join. However please note that some sessions are FOR TEAM MEMBERS ONLY, as they are held in private swimming pools, or with professional coaches.
