How is it done?

– Socialize a bit and know other participants with similar aspirations

– Introduction – suitable for complete beginners. How to meditate, and balance your inner being– About chakras and techniques to cleanse them

– Guided meditation & experience awakening of energy. Silent meditation– Silent meditation and on music based of notes suitable for specific energy centers– Going deeper on specific topic, followed by one to one session with guidance on how to continue practice at home and any address any queries you may have.

In this session we go over basics & guided meditation followed by one to one in virtual rooms for those interested to know further.
