In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! You will be guided step-by-step through mastering the perfect choux dough, piping, baking, filling and ofcourse, devouring to create savoury Gougères and sweet Eclairs! Master these easy recipes and you can make many pastries most bakers are scared to try! Before you know it you will have learnt the basics to Eclairs, Cream Puffs and Profiteroles, Gougères, Churros, French Cruller Donuts and Choux Beignets!
