Brunch is a meal that people love to eat and fear making. It's no wonder! seeing a tapestry of so many contrasting elements such as sweet and savory, hot and cold, breakfast and lunch can be intimidating.
In less time then you'd wait in line at your local Breakfast joint, we are going to learn how to make:
- Brown butter and coffee battered French toast
- A Strawberry Jam
- English cream
- Hot chocolate syrup
- Orange segments
as well as covering some basic knife skills, and some overall cooking theory.
All Proceeds of this event are going to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation's Emergency Fund. This helps Cancer Patients overcome some of the hidden costs associated with fighting Cancer.
