Starting the week of April 29, there's a change to our Midtown meeting schedule. We now will have programs on Tuesdays and Fridays only on 5th Avenue. The programs are at the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Center. We're located at 417 5th Ave (between 37th Street and 38th Street), on the 9th Floor. On Fridays, classes begin at 5:30 p.m. On Tuesdays, classes begin at 7. Come and enjoy a state of inner silence, a state of being completely in the present moment, undisturbed by obsessive thoughts about the past or the future. Daily practice of the simple Sahaja Yoga meditation method will bring you the balance you seek. The classes do not require physical exercises, postures or special clothing.
