I invite you for a weekly practice of movement meditation where we create space and time for ourselves to be still, breathe deeper, tune in and listen to what our needs are in the moment. We then find a fluid movements and sequences to express ourselves and to cultivate the qualities that we may need. Balance of dynamic, energizing sequences with calming, introspective poses. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
