Expatriés is the International Triathlon club of Paris, open to all nationalities

We offer a unique way to discover the world of multi-sports in. France, with our focus on enjoying the sport and making friends. 

We have 15 coached training sessions per week, however they are only available to our team members. We use the meet-up site to advertise a couple of our sessions which are open for people to test, but please make contact first.

TEST - Bike and Run (Brick) Session

Top of the Hill - Longchamps Cycle Track

The session will include Longchamp laps and running.

Meeting point is on top of the hill, just do 1 lap and you will find us.

Please bring you bike and running shoes.

TEAM MEMBERS - If you would like to participate in this session please RSVP in IDO Sport App (link provided in your welcome pack)

NON TEAM MEMBERS - This session is available to TEST.

Core HIIT Session - Stade Emile Anthoine

It's La Rentrée and what better time than now to get back into strengthening your core muscles as we start the new triathlon season.

Core strength helps avoid injury and improves performance in all movements required in the triathlon disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. An essential weekly session for all triathletes.

45 mins of cardio and strength high-intensity interval training, with warm-up and cool-down to take us to the full hour.

Bring a water bottle and a towel and see you trackside to start the session at 7.30pm.

Open to all members and people serious about joining the team this season and interested in testing a session.

NON MEMBERS
We very much welcome you to come and test a session, however to ensure we know who is attending - we ask you to please send us a mail to "contact@expatries-triathlon.com" and let us know if you want to attend this session.
