Welcome to Paris Meditation!
Cette méditation a été fondée en Corée du Sud en 1996. Elle nous enseigne que le corps et l'esprit enregistrent les images faîtes des mémoires et des expériences passées. Ces images influencent nos croyances, nos pensées et nos actions. La méthode de méditation permet de nettoyer l'esprit en jetant les choses qui nous définissent faussement. A travers les 8 étapes de la méditation, on peut s'éveiller à notre vraie nature en jetant ces images accumulées dans l'esprit.
This meditation was founded in 1996 in South Korea, It teaches that our mind and body are stored with images made up of memories and past experiences. These images, in turn, shape our beliefs and conditioned behaviors. The meditation method seeks to cleanse the mind by throwing away the things that falsely define us. This eliminating process ultimately leads us to discover our true selves and results in healthy mind and body. There are eight levels to this meditation.
L'ultime liberté consiste à avoir un esprit complètement propre et libre. L'esprit humain change continuellement tout en accumulant incessament les expériences. Ce processus d'addition est sans fin. Le chemin pour trouver la paix consiste à connaître le vrai monde, le monde réel en soustrayant le passé qui a été enregistré et accumulé dans le corps et l'esprit en tant qu'images.
The ultimate freedom is to have a completely clear and free mind. The human mind is always changing and is always trying to add more desirable experiences. There is no end to this addition. The way to find peace and clarity is to know the real world, the True world, by subtracting the past that has been recorded and stored within the body and mind as pictures.
Rien n’est plus précieux que l’esprit d’une personne. C’est lui qui donne forme au monde tel qu’une personne le perçoit. En soustrayant tout ce qui a été enregistré dans l’esprit, par la pratique de la meditation, seul l’esprit de l’univers reste. Cet esprit est toujours en paix quelles que soient les conditions.
There is nothing more valuable than one's mind. It shapes the entire world that one knows. Through subtracting in the practice of meditation the Universe mind will remain. This mind is always at peace regardless of conditions. It is the mind where there is no more ups and downs.
Devenez libre des limitations imposées par votre passé. Les images dirigent nos pensées, émotions, désirs, comportement et états de santé. Bien que ces images soient des illusions, les gens vient inconsciemment dans ces illusions en pensant qu’elles sont réelles.
Become free of the limitations imposed by the past. These pictures dictate thoughts, emotions, desires, behaviors and health. Although these pictures are illusions, people unknowingly live within these illusions thinking they are real.

We are a non-profit organization that exists for the sole purpose of bringing people out of the mind world they are living in that includes stress, fear, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, resentment, anger, judgment, separation, boredom, purposelessness... all sorts of pain and burden.
L'esprit humain est une accumulation des images du passé qui crée de fausses contraintes, habitudes ainsi qu'un esprit figé et étroit. En soustrayant ces images par cette méthode de Méditation, on peut se débarasser de la source de nos conflits qui se trouve en nous même. Il en va de même pour le corps étant donné que le stress et les émotions accumulées peuvent causer tant de problèmes de santé.
The human mind is an accumulation of pictures of the past which create false limitations, habits, and a fixed, narrower mind. By subtracting the human mind with this method of Meditation, people can remove the source of all disturbances. Even one's body will become healthier through practice since stress and other emotions cause so many health problems.
Les gens vivent selon ce qu'ils ont dans leur esprit. en soutrayant les images accumulées dans la conscience, on peut s'éveiller à la conscience de l'univers et vivre selon le flot de la nature. On en vient ainsi à connaître le vrai sens et la signification de la vie.
People live according to what they have in their minds. Through subtraction one's mind will change to the Universe mind and always follow the flow of nature. People will come to clearly know meaning and purpose in living.
Chacun est le bienvenu pour pratiquer la méditation. Vous pourrez ainsi réaliser votre vraie nature non pas selon ce que vous avez appris de par le passé mais par ce que vous la découvrirez en vous même. Cette méditation n'est pas un système de croyance, il suffit de pratiquer la soustraction des images et ainsi de confirmer en soi même. Quand l'esprit humain change en l'esprit de l'univers, on peut renaître et vivre pour toujours.
Everyone from any background is warmly welcomed. Come to know Truth directly from within without any reference to what one has found or been told in the past. This meditation does not tell people to believe or not believe something, but through subtraction, they confirm for themselves. When the human mind changes to the Universe mind it is born again and never dies.

I would like to say that this Meditation has helped me tremendously. I am a US Army Iraq War Veteran. When I first returned home from Iraq, I was dealing with lots of PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) issues and issues from my childhood all rolled into one. I was unable to drive my car anywhere. I was also very angry and judgmental and could only be friends with other veterans.
I tried getting help through the hospital and I still remember to this day what they told me, that PTSD is not curable and I will have it for the rest of my life. I tried going to school so that I could adjust to society, but I had little luck with that. I kept dropping classes and failing the simplest of classes just due to lack of concentration.
I recently started going to fi lm school and soon after, I was introduced to this Meditation. The change that I feel is so huge that I can’t even begin to explain. I now notice a big diff erence in the way I interact with people. I am not angry with the whole world anymore, I like being around people, I am more outgoing than before. I am getting good grades in school, I am able to pay attention in class and always be on time.
Thanks to this Meditation, it feels like it’s the first time that I am truly starting to feel
how life was supposed to be lived.

I struggled in all areas of life. At work, I felt totally unappreciated. Even though my company and co-workers loved me, I STILL felt unappreciated. Socially, I had a hard time relating to people. I believed I was an awful communicator and hated conversation. I tried dating many girls, but this didn’t work because I would find some fault with them or something that annoyed me. My mind was constantly thinking of ways to make money and impressing people.
I guess the one thing I did enjoy was going out to bars at night. Lots of alcohol and entertainment was really my only way of not feeling totally depressed and lonely. I would beat myself up in my head all the time for not being good enough, not being the best. I was lost in my own little world with my big struggles and big complications.
I think of all the great days I’ve had in my life was the day I picked up a Meditation brochure. I instantly got the feeling of hope that this Meditation could help me with the struggles I was going through. I quickly called and scheduled a free orientation. I have been practicing Meditation for one year now. My friends and family can’t believe how much I’ve changed. I can’t believe it either! And the only thing that I can say is this, “Meditation is the best thing that’s ever happened to me!” Every facet of my life has changed for the better.
I have a new appreciation for life like never before. I wish and hope that EVERYONE, all of humanity, will begin, as I have, cleansing their mind and going towards the Truth. The world is one and the journey to the inside is the greatest, and I’ve learned all that here through Meditation. Thank you again .

I heard of this Meditation through my sister who attends the center in Mexico City. She told me she felt better with no depression after practicing Meditation. I decided to try it for one month. After I started, I began to notice some changes in my daily life.
