We’ll combine gentle mindfulness practices with walking, offering moments of quiet reflection, light conversation, and connection. Whether you’re looking for inner clarity, stress relief, or simply time to breathe, this walk is for you.

What to Expect

Practical Details:

  • Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes.

  • Contribution: 15€, payable in cash on the day. 💶
