Welcome to the Southeast Ukers! We are a group of ukulele players who meet twice a month to play and sing together. We meet at the Waikikie Hawaiian BBQ restaurant, near Emory, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned ukulele veteran, or if you've never touched one before. Everyone who wants to play is welcome.
Come on out, have some great food and drink, bring your ukulele and meet some great folks.
There is also a second volume called The Daily Ukulele Leap Year Edition (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1458482685), that has just recently been published. Several of us have copies, and have started to bring it and play from it.

Participants bring a light snack to share.
We go around the circle picking songs out of the Daily Ukulele both blue and yellow. Players are encouraged to bring in copies of other songs they would like to play as well.
As we play we keep an eye out for a couple of good songs to perform at GGBBQ Restaurant in Tucker the first Thursday of every month. We'll devote 15 minutes or so to practice this song.
Break for snack around 8:15 for 15-30 minutes depending how social we're feeling.
In all we're an easy going group who love to play and sing. All levels welcome!
This is our regular 1st-Sunday-of-the-month meeting, wherein we eat, drink, play, and sing. Players of all skill level (even rank beginners, or wannabe rank beginners) are welcome. We are a very welcoming, fun group, and you will not find a nicer bunch of people to play with.
If you're planning on eating, consider arriving before 2:00, so we can get started promptly at 2:00.
