Tai Chi Ray Well-being Community is co-founded by Raymond Li, NASM-CPT, and a supportive group of New Yorkers who possess a profound understanding of spirituality and boundless loving kindness towards all beings in the Universe.

Our mission is to restore our well-being in the era of increasingly sedentary and isolated lifestyle brought by the unprecedentedly rapid advancement of technology.

Our goal is to promote healthy body posture, efficient and elegant body movements, mindfulness in everyday life, and reconnection of the body-mind with the Universe.

Free Tai Chi Meet-up on UWS

Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument

Summer arrived! Tai Chi Ray Well-being Community is offering a series of free Tai Chi Meet-ups from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm every Wednesday. The location is at the Riverside Park UWS (two levels down from the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, please see the featured photo). This is a free event for the purpose to exchange our understanding of Tai Chi and life. I will be there to welcome you with my iconic sunglasses and black Taoist robe. Everyone from beginner to experienced martial artist is welcome! We will have fun together! Please see the terms and conditions below! Dress comfortably and don't reveal too much skin. Stay hydrated. Putting on insect repellent spray may be a good idea. For those who are new to the group, the location is TWO LEVELS down from the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument.
