Metta, or Lovingkindness Meditation (LKM), is the practice of wishing oneself and others happiness, health, and ease. Based on traditional Buddhist teachings, it has become an increasingly popular practice, as it generates both concentration and a deep understanding of the nature of our connection to ourselves and others.
This is a drop-in event, and pre-registration is not necessary. We're offering it on a donation basis, and request each participant to contribute between $10 - $20 to support this and other initiatives led by The Interdependence Project.
