In this program, we will explore how the divine qualities of compassion and forgiveness help us attain ever lasting peace and joy. Meditation helps us embrace these divine qualities that makes us fit to live a life of peace, joy, and bliss.
Each week we explore a topic about spiritual living and meditation. We will also learn an easy-to-do Meditation technique leading to deeper levels of bliss and joy!! This meditation requires no difficult postures and can be done by sitting comfortably on a chair. There will be free vegetarian lunch after meditation.
