In reality we are Soul, full of Light, ever lasting Joy and Bliss. In the month of August learn how to "Experience Your Real Self through Meditation".

Each Friday evening is an opportunity to learn the technique of and different benefits of Jyoti (inner light) meditation. This is the easiest meditation of all as it doesn't require any special postures and can be practiced by anyone of any age.

Following is the title and schedule for Friday night workshop in August

1. "Meditation and Near Death Experience" on Friday Aug 3rd, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

2. "Free Meditation Class for lasting Physical, Mental and Spiritual Wellness" on Saturday Aug 4th, 10am to 11:30am

3. "Helping Factors in Meditation" on Aug 10th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

4. "Inner Outer Peace thru Meditation" on Aug 17th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

5. "Rising Above Body Consciousness" on Aug 24th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

6. "Compassion & Forgiveness" on Aug 31st, 7:00pm to 8:30pm

8:00pm to 8:30pm - Meditation with instructions
8:30pm to 9:00pm - Free Vegetarian Dinner
