In October we learned "True Purpose of Meditation" is attaining self knowledge. This process begins with exploration of our higher self through theoretical understanding and practical verification leading to self conviction, one can Reach The Higher Self. This series of 5 Friday evening workshops shows us how through Meditation we can reach our higher self in this very lifetime.
Also each Friday evening is an opportunity to learn the technique of and different benefits of Jyoti (inner light) meditation. This is the easiest meditation of all as it doesn't require any special postures and can be practiced by anyone of any age.

2. "Setting Priorities in Life" on Friday Nov 9th, 7pm to 8:30pm
3. "Non Violence" on Nov 16th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
4. "Befriend the Mind" on Nov 23rd, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
