In September we learned about the "impediments on the spiritual path". With this knowledge and our experience of meditation as a tool for reducing anxiety and stress emerges a logical question. Is there more to the capabilities of meditation? In October, we will "Explore Meditation's True Purpose" through a series of 4 workshops every Friday evening.
Also each Friday evening is an opportunity to learn the technique of and different benefits of Jyoti (inner light) meditation. This is the easiest meditation of all as it doesn't require any special postures and can be practiced by anyone of any age.

1. "Understanding True Prayer" on Friday Oct 5th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
2. "Attaining Lasting Happiness" on Friday Oct 12th, 7pm to 8:30pm
3. "Patience & Perseverance" on Oct 19th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
4. "Gratitude and Thankfulness" on Oct 26th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
