Sahaja Yoga Meditation meetings have gone online to reflect our commitment to the benevolence and wellbeing of our participants.
There will be Online Guided Meditations every evening Tuesday from 7 to 8 pm.

On this group, you can scroll through past guided meditations and watch any one of the hundred or so meditations there, and you can watch them anytime day or night.
