#2 Yoga Class: taught by Samantha, Registered Yoga Teacher

All levels of yoga experience are welcome to this class.

Attendance is free to all.

Please Bring:

1. Yoga mat for yourself. We have some donated mats for class use.

2. Reusable water bottle for yourself

Optional: yoga strap to facilitate some stretching exercises, an old or used belt often works

Optional: yoga blocks to support or make easier some poses

Optional: any yoga gear that you find helpful

Optional: extra yoga mat for a guest or visitor

    Before I attend another class, it may be helpful to learn the position names/ poses. Having to look up continuously can be challenging ;)

    Another good class. Was slower so stayed in poses longer which has its own benefits. Glad to have Samantha as a teacher.

      It is just the naming convention. Rather than just use the teacher's name for the class, we also use a number to designate the different classes. This topic can be found under the Discussions section. So the numbers mean nothing other than what they would for any list. That is, the are not about levels but only counting.
