Serving Empathy and Connection - with NVC
Foundational workshop

Saturday February 16
10:00am to 4:30pm

This will be at Gene's house (thank you Gene!)
134 SE 72 Ave, Portland (near Mt Tabor)

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) can is both a practice that helps us
experience our common humanity, and a concrete set of awareness and
communication skills which help us contribute to our own and each
others' well being.

Everyone with an interest is welcome - whether new to NVC or
experienced with it. Great for individuals and for couples. There will
be presentation, demos, and plenty of time to practice.

Generosity system: $25 minimum suggested, contribute more after you’ve
experienced the workshop if you wish.

I've been studying and practicing NVC for nine years and am certifying
as a trainer.

Questions welcome, just LMK. RSVP's much appreciated!

David Ronen [masked]

The practice of NVC can contribute to:

The joyful, healing, meaningful experience of being deeply seen and
heard and contributing to others’ experience of being deeply seen and
heard.

and

The liberating discovery of beautiful (and totally natural and
universal) needs at the root of our judgements and uncomfortable
feelings.

NVC is a great compliment to Circling, Authentic Relating, and other
personal and relational practices.

* Never heard of NVC and want to know a little bit more ahead of time?
For quick, fun video intros see the “CupOfEmpathy” channel on YouTube,
including especially her “self-connection” channel. The book
“NonViolent Communication, a Language of Life” by Marshall Rosenberg,
the developer of NVC is another great introduction.
