There's always room for one more book enthusiast in the Fremont Ladies' Book Club!
We are a group of ladies who love to read and love socializing with others who share our passion for books. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you join us.
Everyone gets to contribute to the book selection process. This allows us to read a wide variety of books that we may not have otherwise picked up in the book store. Most of our books have been fiction, but we've also read non-fiction, a children's classic, a graphic novel, and essays.
Most of our members are in their 30s - 60s, but there is no age limit. We meet once a month on Thursday evenings in Fremont.
Come to laugh, share stories and make new friends.
Here are some books we've read in the past:
Plague of Doves, Digging to America, Red Tent, The Help, Book of Lost Things, Shanghai Girls, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Year of Living Biblically, Thirteenth Tale, Galileo's Daughter, Elegance of the Hedgehog, Last Chinese Chef, and many more.
