I am very sorry to hear this.

Mira brought such enthusiasm and such great conversations to the group ... she was a fantastic member.

 

My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.  Oui, elle va nous manquer.

Dear French Group,

 

I am very saddened to write this email but want to let you know that unfortunately one of our valued members of the French Group passed away this morning after defiantly battling leukemia for the past few years.

 

Mira Elias was and always will be a treasured member of our group for how much joy she brought with her love of France and the French language when she attended our weekly conversation groups.

 

For those of you who would like to attend, or at least know...the funeral, according to Jewish customs, will take place tomorrow at 10am.

 

The location is Beth Israel Synagogue in Ann Arbor located off of Washtenaw Avenue.

 

Elle va nous manquer!!!
