## Meeting Place: Visitor Center Parking Lot

This week we will meet at the visitor center parking lot to do some maintenance on the main native plant garden. We have some mulch to spread and will do any needed weeding and clean up.

In general, we typically work in the park managing the gardens, installing new plants, transplanting and weeding to keep the park looking good and healthy. No experience required. Bring your favorite garden tools, kneeling pad and gloves. You may also want to bring water and a light snack. As you accumulate volunteer hours it will allow you to earn a state-wide park pass and other rewards.
