At that point, the only reasonable strategy is to debug in Production! Learn several underhanded debugging tactics, gained from slightly stressful personal experiences, for diagnosing bugs that occur in a production environment and specific techniques for debugging in each layer of the stack while also tracing issues from client-side, in the browser, and to a web server.
