PLEASE READ CAREFULLY if you are joining! You MUST pay $4, and bring food and or drink to ENTER! BYO BBQ. SATURDAY & SUNDAY BBQ HAVE DIFFERENT SCHEDULES!!!!
SUNDAY BBQ SCHEDULE...
02:35PM - Pick you up at the Brisbane Square library lobby
02:45PM - We get the bus from UPTOWN
02:55PM - We arrive in Southbank and do food and drink shopping 03:30PM - From around this time, start the BBQ at Picnic Island Green
08:30PM - Finish around this time.
International Meetup and friend's BBQ Meetup Event! (and maybe Charmy+more!!!)
Price: $4 (cash preferred, card or transfer ok too)
$4 Includes: Plates, forks, cups, some sauce, salt, pepper, oil, equipment, games,
Meetup App, organiser etc. Maybe some snacks, fried potato etc.
Entry conditions:
A). Must bring around $14 food and/or drinks per person. Especially food should be
for sharing.
B). Without food and drinks is entry = $20, but we hope noone chooses this option.
