There is no escaping stress, especially during the holiday season: the streets are jammed, there is a line for everything, yearend deadlines, unrealistic expectations, and so much more. You cannot eliminate stress, but; you can learn to cope with it and remain healthy and happy. In this class you will have an opportunity to sample the techniques that make resilient life skills so powerful: body and breath awareness, meditation in motion, and sitting meditation. 

Ginny has been training in the skills of stress reduction since 1990 with some of the world’s greatest teachers and venues: Kripalu Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Insight Meditation, Spiritual Companioning and Ignatius Spirituality, MBSR at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness, NOLS, National Outdoor Leadership School, etc...
