The world is changing rapidly but we are still stuck in old ways of working. At our organizations we continue to incentivize centralized authority and decision-making, promote fear, distrust and power dynamics, and passively accept a pervasive lack of engagement as the norm.
But we can change that! We can inspire changes in our organizations through our actions. We can engage our teammates to foster collaboration and connection and inspire innovation.
