I'd like to hear more about their famous "endless iteration" method of design and testing, and how it fits into their infamous lack of a formal release schedule. Specifically, has the endless iteration process for them ever presented an obstacle or conflict in the development schedule? What kinds of adaptations might be necessary for groups that have less freedom, time or resources? What methods and tools have helped promote or streamline the endless iteration process?
