Re: [gctechspace] Parking at the TechSpace

This was the old Kobi CCTV shop, so might have some security camera mounts and cabling still in place.
Also, it is next door to the Indoor Sports centre, so a lot of possible extra ppl before/after a game, they could pop next door for some techspace goodness.
Nearby public transport on Nerang-Southport road, and close to Aquinas school, for those avid techspace students.

So let me get this right, we can only park two cars on the yellow lines out side our roller door but can't park there because that stops us from actually getting into the space.
Um, no it does not actually prevent us getting into the space. We often park there. Just give room for ppl to walk in.
We need a new space as not being able to use any of the car parks inside the complex including ours because it would block access to our space is unacceptable.  Just a quick search turned this ( up which seems okay (looks like it even has shelving).
Thanks. That looks like a good candidate. Wonder if it has a toilet, my guess -yes. Same rent as where we are, so the issue is really, can we afford to keep paying $1200 (inc GST) pcm. The mezzanine is also a big plus. I will contact them later today.

BTW: is the site to watch. Apparently much of the local commercial stuff goes onto there.
