BBQ Lunch @ Little Pigs Barbeque

I see a lot of newcomers in the group and it has been a while since we did an event. Michael has graciously offered to host for lunch! You may be suprised to learn barbeque in the Carolinas means pulled pork, not ribs. You can find 4 different sauces depending on which part of the state you're in. A restaurant called Little Pigs has 3 of them on their BBQ buffet--vinegar based, mustard based, and tomato based. They also have ribs, hash (not corned beef) cole slaw, yams, greens, grilled & fried chicken, desserts, etc. How about a meetup this Saturday lunch time? Join Michael for the BBQ Lunch Buffet at 12:30pm The buffet is only 7.88! Check out their website...

It was a very pleasant having lunch with Alita. I guess the other respondants couldn't make it. Latha was already there when I arrived, with two friends visiting from Brooklyn (NY, not OH). Vinegar based BBQ on pork rinds is delicious.
