Foodie Fest: Let's Go to Devereaux's
Charlotte has Queen's Feast. Atlanta has Restaurant Week. And now, the Upstate has Foodie Fest! Local restaurateurs have teamed up to offer you the chance to experience some of the area's best cuisine at an appetizing price. 3 chef prepared courses for $30, and optional wine paring for $15! Foodie Fest is for ten days only, starting Friday, August 16 through Sunday, August 25. Nancy Norman will be hosting this one. She has a reservation for 8 pm for 8 people. I put 7:45 in order to not be late for the reservation. She will send out meetup instructions prior to the dinner.

Located in a century-old cigar factory that has been transformed to provide a warm, relaxed atmosphere with outside patio seating and private dining in the Vintage Room. The friendly, highly-trained staff will serve you from a menu featuring dishes with French, Asian, and Southern influences. Prepared in the open-air kitchen by the culinary team, led by Chef Spencer Thomson, each creative and inventive dish combines unexpected and delightful flavors into a true masterpiece.
