Follow these steps:

Another good idea:
Create an email account just for meetup. There are many free email providers, for example: Go to www.google.com This way you will only have to deal with meetup emails when you have time to do so. Be sure to go to your account settings and change your email address to the new one. Remember, you should never use a work email account for any personal use.
