A warm and welcoming community of care, dedicated to presence, listening, and learning, while practicing NVC developed by founder Marshall Rosenberg in his book "Non-Violent Communication"
We start gathering at 7:00. For group security, there will be a waiting room and you will be required to establish a visual video presence before being allowed to unmute your microphone or chat.
*At 7:05 we begin with a 10 minute meditation, followed by a short inspirational reading and a brief check-in. After check-in depending on the size of the group we might break break into smaller group break-out rooms; for group/dyad/triad NVC exercises, creative activities like roll-play, as well as small group empathy circles.
*If you arrive late, expect to be in the Zoom wait room, host will let you into the main room before the reading.

In order to create a safe space for our members, all participants must register on MeetUp and will be let into the meeting from the wait-room. Please plan to show yourself on video for both maximum group participation and group security. If you attend after 7:05, you will be in the waiting room until we are finished with the meditation.
Monetary contributions to the facilitator are at this time, not being accepted. Through the generosity of former contributions, our Zoom room is paid up through December 2021.
