This is a silent meditation group. We sit for 45 minutes and practice BEing, without attempting to change or manipulate our experience in any way.

Pillows/zafus/chairs are available. Bring any special props that are important to your practice.

Connection/discussion time for practitioners after the sitting.

A dana basket is placed out to receive donations to cover costs.
