Girlies Just want to Walk & Wind Down [2]

First Saturday of Every Month | March–September

Walk & Wind Down is Girlhood’s monthly movement event. We begin with a group walk or hike and end with a shared meal. There’s no pressure to perform... just movement, conversation, and connection. Come as you are and stay as long as you’re able.

We’re kicking off the season with a relaxed morning walk at the scenic Neabsco Creek Boardwalk. This beginner-friendly trail is perfect for easing into hiking while enjoying fresh air, scenic boardwalk views, and good company.

• A low-impact [1.9 mi / 32 ft Elevation gain]
• Boardwalk views
• A welcoming, conversational pace
• Time to connect, walk, talk, and take photos

Trail Length: 1.9 miles
Difficulty: Beginner-friendly
Weather: Rain or shine unless conditions are severe
Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, and light layers

After the walk, those who would like to continue the morning with us will head to First Watch for a casual group brunch.

This is one of Girlhood’s standing monthly gatherings.
To help us plan intentionally and ensure committed participation, this event requires a $5 RSVP fee to secure your spot.

Payment can be sent via Cash App to $GirlhoodMeetUp. Once payment is received, you will be moved from the waiting list to “Going.” During the walk, your fee will be refunded!
