Celebrating GIS day with 2 presentations and an hour of lightning talks around GIS topics. Light refreshments on hand, bring a lunch or have it delivered. The festive event will have some GIS related gaming, tours of the dispatch center, and is overall the kickoff for this group. We will build a community for GIS professionals and establish an annual project to work on together. Come to the second annual GIS day event by NWA Regional Planning, Washington County GIS, Fayetteville GIS, and the Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies from the University of Arkansas.
