Hi Gluggers,

After a short break following on from the Village Underground event we're pleased to be able to confirm the next Glug event will be held @ Cargo on Thursday 30th June, this time with a bit of a music twist!

Every wondered how a music video is put together? Well ask yourselves no more! For this special event we've assembled a brilliant collection of director's, producers, and commissioners to talk you through from of their stunning work and the creatives process.

Here's the lineup:

Dan Henshaw

Director (

Dan's a brilliant young director who's worked on various lovely vids for artists including - The View, Paolo Nutini, Roll Deep and The Metros. He's also done some really interesting work with brands (see Kasbabian Football Hero).

The Found Collective

Mike Sharpe & Marcus Moresby

Director / Producers

The Found Collective are a team of director / producer / animators based out of Hoxton. Again very much a new up and coming outfit they'll be showcasing their work for Ladytron, Pendulum and also showing off some new exclusive unseen project that we're not allowed to talk about yet!

Henry Scofield

Director (Partizan)

Again a brilliant young Director signed to Partizan. Henry's worked with Professor Green, Labrinth, Kano and Example. He'll be talking about these projects and also just generally about life as an up and coming Director.

Mike O'Keefe

Head of Video - Sony Music Uk

What Mike hasn't seen in his 20+ years working on Music Videos you don't need to know! He'll be talking about the commissioning process and also some of the key projects he's worked on.

Phil Tidy

Producer and curator / organiser of Bug (The Evolution of Music video)

Phil works as a Music Video producer, working with acts like Lilly Allen, Oasis, Dizzee, Mark Ronson and many, many more. Again he'll be picking out a few key projects and also talking about his sell out Bug Events which he organises over at BFI Southbank.

As you can imagine it looks like it's going to be another very popular event so please get your tickets in quick. We only have 500 tickets to sell:

Back again at Cargo, we'll have plenty of booze and food to give away thanks to our friends at Source! As always the first 300 people to buy tickets will get to choose between a drinks or BBQ token that they can pick up on the door.

@ Cargo

Thursday 30th June

I'm pretty sure we'll have more news to announce on the special competition or giveaway that our friends at Source will be providing but in the mean time please check out their new website!

More information to be announced in the next few weeks, but for now get your tickets before they go!

Thanks & lots of love

Ian (& Nick)
