Everyone knows the expression, “A trivia question a day keeps the doctor away.”
You don’t know that one? Alright while the expression might be made up, its meaning is still true. Regularly answering trivia questions provides your brain with some very positive benefits. Just as you exercise your body by lifting weights, you can exercise your brain by doing brain exercises. Trivia is one of the best mental exercises you can do. It Stretches Your Brain, It Is Mental Cross Training, It Helps Our Brains Perform Under Pressure, and Reduces Stress!
Oh and the best part? Trivia is actually pretty damn fun. What other Wednesday night activity can give you all that?! This is so much fun if you haven't played. You will be amazed at how much useless information you know! And don't know!
This is a recurring event 'cause we ain't getting any younger! The questions begin promptly at 7:55 so don't be late. Please change your RSVP no later than Monday evening if you are cancelling or thinking of cancelling. Tables are hard to come by as this is a packed event and we must reserve a table in advance.
They seem to move our reserved table around from week to week, so if you don't recognize members already seated, please ask a waitress where our table is. The table should have a placard on it noting Rita's name.
