Summer run in Flateby

Join us for a walk/jog/run in and around Flateby!!

We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”.

Meet up at 14:00 in the parking lot by Kornhalls färja on the Kungälv side of the river. Public transport: Take bus 37 departing Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen at 13:25. Get off at Kornhalls färja and take the ferry to the other side.

From there we will travel by car to the start of the run. Please let us know if you plan on coming by car, since we need cars to transport everyone.

Run is A-to-A, walkers and runners trail with beer stop/swim stop.

After the run we take the cars back to On In where there will be circle, food and hot tub. Bring towel and swim gear.

Bring a sleeping bag or similar if you want to sleep over. Otherwise we will arrange transportation to suitable bus stop when you are leaving.

After the run we will reward ourselves with drinks (like beer) and food.

Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag at the designated spot before we set off at 14:00.

We haven’t been on Meetup for long, so don’t worry if no one else besides you signs up for this run. The others have their own old ways of finding out, and will be there anyways. In the end we usually end up with about 10 ppl setting off.

We charge a small fee to cover the costs, but the first time is always free.
