How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

My mom "forced" me to take sailing lessons at 14 years old, but never really liked sailing until I started racing during high school. I had a 16' Hobie Cat growing up, spent a few years racing around the buoys on Lake Erie in a 33' C&C, raced the Port Huron Mac in 98 on a 50' sled in 79 hours, and raced a few summers out of SBYC in their Friday night series.

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

Hobie 16, C&C 33, Catalina 30, custom 50' sled, custom 52' IOR, Hunters, Beneteaus. I would love to get some racing experience on a modern catamaran, and would really love to do the Transpac!

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

Currently own a 45' Hunter center cockpit cutter rig. Not suited for racing but truly awesome for hosting on-the-water events! http://abouttime.shutterfly.com/

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

Not yet.

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

Physically fit.

Introduction

I'm a life-long sailor and currently living on a sailboat at Berkeley Marina. I get out sailing most weekends on my boat for social cruising sails, potlucks, and other fun on-the-water events.
