How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

Own a 2005 Catalina 36 Mk II that I brought up from LA and sail on SF Bay and the coast. Previously chartered yachts on SF Bay and Monterey Bay for day & weekend sailing. Crewed on multiple Caribbean, coastal and ocean passages. Am a cruiser and enjoy "beer can" racing.

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

All sizes from Cal 24 thru custom steel 57' cutter. Hallberg-Rassy 46 best cruising yacht though Swan 52 most fun to sail. Trans-atlantic was longest passage (21 days). Vancouver Island to Oakland was roughest passage.

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

2005 Catalina 36 Mk II that is kept in Marina Bay in Richmond.

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

ASA Basic Keelboat, Basic Coastal Cruising, Bareboat Chartering, Coastal Navigation, Advanced Coastal Cruising. RYA/ISAF Offshore Safety. RYA Sea Survival.

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

Experienced sailor on SF Bay and elsewhere looking for sailing opportunities and to meet other sailors. More of a cruiser than a racer. Like ocean sailing and passage making.
