How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

extensive sailing in the past...

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

hobiie cat;lazers;cal sailing club boats-different sizes;morgan 41 out islander;ericson 28';pearson 365;rhodes meridian 25', I do mostly cruising... eventually get my own sailboat and see the world!

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

no certificates yet....probably at the level of bkb 2 once I get some sailing in....pretty much self taught..hands on experience

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

I logged some miles in my younger days. I am anxious to pick up where I left off and eventually get my own sailboat.I quess you could say I love the ocean and the feeling of the breeze!

What paul k. is saying about this Meetup Group

If you want to experience this exhilerating sport and come away with a really good feeling about fellow sailors ...then you should be a part of this group! This is a great way to learn from experienced skippers and fellow sailors who are so generous with helping everyone. To get a feel of how different sailboats handle.
