No Yoga experience is necessary!! Come treat and nourish yourself by scheduling a time to stop "doing", slow down, and simply "BE". Students will be guided to use bolsters/blankets to support the body in positions of ease and comfort, be pampered with yummy hands on adjustments, soothing music, and essential oils, all to FALL into a dreamy state of relaxation. This practice aims to calm the sympathetic nervous system and activate the parasympathetic or "rest and digest" nervous system, so that our body rest. Come release mental, emotional, muscular and fasica tensions and experience all the health benefits this practice has to offer!
