Intro to Graphs with Neo4j
This is an introductory session on what graph databases are, how they can be used, what purposes that they serve. The session will run for ~1 hour. Participation is free but seats are limited. During this session we will present, explain and discuss introductory topics that require no prior knowledge on graph databases at all. This session is the same every time so once you've attended one there's no need to attend again. Instead if you want more Neo4j you can come to the regular meetup on the last Wednesday of the month. 6.00 - 6.30: Refreshments and networking 6.30 - 7.30: Intro to graphs You'll need to fill in your full name when registering so we can give it to building security to get you access to the building.

What we're about

Public Group

Welcome to the London meetup for Neo4j, the world's leading graph database. We think graph databases are the future of data storage, because it's so expressive to model interesting connected data in a graph and super fast to query too.

We host weekly events at our office in Southwark where we cover a variety of topics in talk based and hands on sessions.

We also get together on the last Wednesday of every month with our community (and customers) for fun and informative talk on Neo4J or graphs in general.

Whether you're new to the world of graph databases or if you're an experienced graphista, everyone's welcome to join us for a drink afterwards and we pick up the tab. It's a great opportunity to network (see, graphs are everywhere!), and also to put those burning questions to the Neo4j engineering team over a pint.

Big thanks to Skills Matter ( for providing the venue.
