19 Mar - Day 1: Arrive Paro, Elev 2280m The flight to Paro crosses the Himalayan Mountains, affording spectacular views of the awesome peaks, including the sacred Jumolhari and Jichu Drake peaks in Bhutan.l. After lunch, visit Rinpung Dzong meaning “fortress of the heap of jewels". It has a long and fascinating history . Overnight hotel in Paro.
20 Mar - Day 2: Acclimatization hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery After breakfast hike to Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) Monastery, Explore the Monastery hike back to Paro. Overnight hotel in Paro. DRUK PATH TREK
21 Mar - Day 3: Paro-Jele Dzong (10 km, 4-5 hours, ascent 1090m.) Trek starts Today is a short trekking day. Overnight camp at 3300m.
22 Mar - Day 4: Jele Dzong-Jangchulakha (10 km, 4 hours, ascent 310m, descent 50m.) Begin with an hour and half climb and then ascend gradually up. You can also see yak herders around your campsite (3600m).
23 Mar - Day 5: Jangchulakha-Langrithang (15 km, 4-5 hours, ascent 330m, descent 310m.) Overnight camp at 3500m.
24 Mar - Day 6: Langrithang-Tsaluna-Thimphu (11 km, 4 hours, descent 800m) Further down, you will reach Tsaluna Village, were you can see beautiful farms. After few hours of leisurely walk, you can ride the car to Thimphu. Overnight hotel in Thimphu.
25 Mar - Day 7: Thimphu-Punakha After breakfast this morning, enjoy the scenic drive to Punakha with a stop for tea at Dochu La (3,100 meters). Overnight hotel in Punakha.
26 Mar - Day 8: Punakha-Paro Today we will drive to Paro via Dochula lass. On arriving at Dochula. After lunch, you will continue drive to Paro. Overnight hotel in Paro.
27 Mar - Day 9: Depart Paro In the morning. Meetup ends.

Break down -
Trek and Site Seeing - 34,600
Service Tax, GHAC Fees and Org Reimbursement - 1318+2075+978
- 6 nights in budget hotels on twin sharing basis
- Breakfast (5 times) while in towns
- English speaking guide through out the trip
- Transport by Toyota Coaster Bus or similar
On trek cost includes:
- All three meals, tea & sacks and juices
- Equipment like 2-men sleeping tents, sleeping mats & pillows, dining tent, kitchen tent and toilet tent, tables and chairs and utensils.
- Trekking chefs and assistants
- Horses to carry food supplies and equipment
• Whatever is not specified in inclusions above
• Meals (lunch and dinner) in towns
• Sightseeing , shopping, local transport and any other personal expenses when on cultural tour
• Your Travel Insurance etc
• Visa Fee
• Gratitude (tip) for staff.
• Flight or Travel to Bagdogra.
**Few things in between are not planned and these things are must in an adventure trek.
Note: Most of us may not be serious trekkers but all of us have equal responsibility in protecting our beloved earth. GHAC earnestly requests all its members to be socially responsible whilst the treks and avoid any littering, shouting when in wild or causing anything that would disturb the normal ecology. Try to avoid plastics as much as possible, especially plastic smiles.
1) No smoking and no alcohol
2) No littering, no pollution of water
3) This is not a luxury trip, but all care has been taken to make your trip comfortable
4) Ladies and gents accommodation is separate in tents.
5) Food will be mostly vegetarian
6) We carry Basic First Aid and if you need anything you can ask the organizers
7) If you feel unwell bring to the notice of the organizers immediately.
8) If you can't swim don't go deep into the water
Event Hosts have all the rights to add or remove any member and do necessary changes in route, activity, time, duration depending on the situations and climate conditions. ORGANIZER'S DECISION IS FINAL (ITS ALL ABOUT SAFETY, PLEASE CO-OPERATE)
