This is the fitness trek for Kang Yatse II - Training
What will we do: Hike Maula Ali hill with 10kg backpack
We work on strength, fitness, stamina and endurance.
Attire: wear a sun hat and comfortable clothes. **Trek shoe which you would be wearing for Kang Yatse so you will get used to it and to avoid shoe bite**
Preparation for the fitness: Drink a 1/2 litre of water half an hour before the trek. helps to keep the body hydrated during the trek.
Cost: 50 Rs
Things to carry:
1) water bottle
2) wear proper shoes and tracks
