We have a new addition to our classes for Tai Chi in the mornings.
Chen style 13 form, a quick to learn, nutshell of the principles of Tai Chi, as well as a way to lay the groundwork for further Tai Chi studies.
It is a 13 posture Taiji Quan practice, containing core movements and characteristics of Chen style, with martial applications, health focus, Fajin (Issuance of force) and Qigong.
Now learning Tai Chi has become much easier, while maintaining its traditional characteristics.
Weekend afternoons, 1-2pm. Those who have begun their 83 form practice are welcome to attend the 13 form class and work on their 83 form.
Private classes available, please inquire about these, if you are looking for complete attention to detail.
Children ages 10-18 are welcome to all of our classes.
Tuition based on 8 classes per month. Various tuition packages available.
