Weekly number fact: 55 is the 10th Fibonacci number AND the 10th triangular number. That is, it has the same position in both of these famous sequences in math:

• The Fibonacci numbers are a sequence of numbers that starts with two ones. Each number in the list is equal to the previous two added together. It goes 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, ...
• A triangular number is the sum of all numbers up to a certain number. The 10th triangular number is 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10 = 55.
