The Falls Church Grid Meetup (Formerly known as "CAZA Investor Network") is hosted on the 3rd Wednesday of every month by Washington Capital Partners, the largest hard money lender in DC, MD, and VA. Washington Capital Partners is a Grid affiliate, committed to continuing their mission of educating and connecting local investors to fuel the growth of the real estate investing community.

Grid started in 2007 with less than 10 members and has since grown to over 10,000 members. The group has rebranded as "Grid Investors" to better represent the members that make up its community.

At Grid, we believe that the networking, education, and inspiration you need to become a real estate investing pro is best found at the local level – which means that you need local knowledge, local contacts, and local resources to help you grow.

Each Grid Investor Chapter is run by active investors and industry experts who are doing deals in their area and they have joined Grid to help us build the world’s largest grassroots network of real estate investors. We share our knowledge, our passion, our network, and our best practices to help one another grow our businesses.

We created this network to discover and share ideas, strategies, and resources for building a successful real estate business and we invite you to join the pursuit!

So, how's this all work then, you might ask? With the buying and fixing and the flipping... well, sorry, it's a secret. NOT! Come on out to this month's CAZA Investor Network Meetup and we'll tell you all about it. We'll review the topics we've covered so far this year: on wholesaling, rehabbing and even touch on rentals, then we'll SHOW you how we're doing it. We'll look at a recent rehab project and discuss how we found it, how much we spent to renovate it and how much we made or lost when we sold it (spoiler alert: she's a winner), with listing data, photos and more.
