Welcome! GRID is a real estate network built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals. Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.

We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

The Format

We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on same day, week, and time of the month.

Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming the bank through private lending.

Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep on a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

Your Leadership

GRID Falls Church is led by Kevin McGaughey.

Kevin McGaughey is a Northern Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University where he studied biology and human science.

After coming to work part-time at WCP, he quickly realized that real estate was the right path for him, leading him to his current position as Senior Sales Associate.

Kevin is also an accomplished investor himself, giving him real-life knowledge and experience to help better guide WCP’s clients through their projects. In his free time, you can find him on the court, playing in one of the many local basketball leagues. Some of his likes include traveling, Indian food, and awful reality television.
