GRID Falls Church is led by powerhouse partnership, Daniel Huertas and Jared Fausnaught.

Daniel Huertas is currently the CEO of Washington Capital Partners. During the economic downturn, Daniel saw property values plummet to almost below replacement. In turn, he dove headfirst into the real estate development and ownership side of the industry.

Outside of piloting WCP’s operations, Daniel is involved in a multitude of projects ranging from technology startups to charitable organizations to running and hosting GRID Falls Church events.

His vision and work ethic serve as major motivating factors around the office. When he’s not at WCP or GRID, Daniel is strapped into the seat of a performance vehicle, competing in endurance races across the country.

Jared Fausnaught, Director of Sales at Washington Capital Partners, is an operator at heart, having been a part of the acquisition, construction, sale and origination of over $250 million in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Prior to joining WCP, Jared acted in senior acquisition and legal roles for a boutique DC-based development company. In his current role, he is responsible for managing and driving sales growth and overall portfolio strategy. As part of WCP’s executive team, Jared plays additional supporting roles in marketing, operations, fund management, and capital markets.

Each day after work you can find Jared playing a game of “who’s walking who?” with his Great Dane, River.

A B O U T

GRID Falls Church is hosted on the 3rd Wednesday of every month by Washington Capital Partners, the largest hard money lender in DC, MD, and VA. Washington Capital Partners is a GRID Partner, committed to continuing their mission of educating and connecting local investors to fuel the growth of the real estate investing community.

GRID started in 2007 with less than 10 members and has since grown to over 10,000 members. The group has re-branded as "GRID Investors" to better represent the members that make up its community.

At GRID, we believe that the networking, education, and inspiration you need to become a real estate investing pro is best found at the local level – which means that you need local knowledge, local contacts, and local resources to help you grow.

Each GRID Investor Chapter is run by active investors and industry experts who are doing deals in their area and they have joined GRID to help us build the world’s largest grassroots network of real estate investors. We share our knowledge, our passion, our network, and our best practices to help one another grow our businesses.

We created this network to discover and share ideas, strategies, and resources for building a successful real estate business and we invite you to join the pursuit!

We look forward to connecting with you online and at an in-person event soon.
